Beta Test Promotion Terms of Service

Effective Date: July 1, 2025

Welcome to the beta test of The Legend of Alastor (the “Game”), developed and published by Roman Ink Games LLC. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, installing, or participating in the beta version of the Game, you (“you” or “User”) agree to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”).

1. Eligibility

To participate in this beta program, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
  
  

• Own a compatible Android device.
  
  

• Have access to Google Play or another authorized platform distributing the beta.
  
  

• Agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy (link to be provided if available).
  
  

We reserve the right to limit or revoke access to the beta at our sole discretion, at any time.

2. Beta Disclaimer

The Game is currently in beta testing and is provided “as is”. This means:

• It may contain bugs, performance issues, and unfinished features.
  
  

• It may experience crashes, data loss, or unexpected behavior.
  
  

• Features may change or be removed without notice.
  
  

Your use of the beta version is at your own risk.

3. User Feedback

By participating in the beta, you may be asked to provide feedback, suggestions, or bug reports (“Feedback”). You agree that:

• Any Feedback is given voluntarily.
  
  

• We may use, reproduce, modify, or incorporate your Feedback into the Game or other products without compensation or obligation to you.
  
  

• You grant us a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use your Feedback worldwide.
  
  

4. Confidentiality (if applicable)

Unless we state otherwise, you may not share, post, stream, or distribute gameplay, screenshots, or any information about the beta publicly without our written permission. This includes on social media, forums, or video platforms.

5. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the beta version of The Legend of Alastor solely for testing and feedback purposes. You may not:

• Decompile, reverse-engineer, or modify the Game.
  
  

• Distribute, sell, sublicense, or exploit the Game.
  
  

• Use the Game in any way that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.
  
  

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the beta at any time and for any reason. Upon termination, you must immediately uninstall and stop using the Game.

7. No Warranties

The Legend of Alastor beta is provided “as is” with no warranties, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or related to your use of the beta version, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued participation in the beta after any changes means you agree to the updated Terms.
